Auction Site Location:
1600 NW 30 Avenue (Blount Road), Pompano Beach, Florida 33069.

Directions:
From I-95 (Broward County) - Exit at Copans Road and continue west on to Blount Road. At the traffic signal, turn left and continue to the auction site.

From Florida's Turnpike (Broward County) - Exit at Coconut Creek Parkway (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard), exit number 67. After paying toll, continue to traffic signal and turn left onto Coconut Creek Parkway (MLK Boulevard). At Blount Road, turn left and continue to auction site.

Auction Preview Dates:
February 23 & 24 from 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.
Auction Day: From 8:00 A.M. until Auction starts (10:00 A.M.)

Pre-Registration:
Bidders can register for the auction during previews - auction staff will be available.

Condition of Sales:
All vehicles, machinery, equipment are offered in As-Is condition. Neither Broward County or National Auction Company makes any warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Vehicles marked with N/O on the windshield are non-operational and do not run.

Payments:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) will be accepted. Cash, money orders, certified checks, cashier's checks will be accepted.
Personal and corporate checks may be accepted when accompanied by a current bank letter guaranteeing payment. All check should be made payable to Broward County Board of County Commissioners.
NO BUYER’S PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED AT THIS AUCTION.

Deposits & Final Payments:
A 10% deposit is required on all vehicles, machinery, equipment offered and sold at this auction. Payment in full can be made on auction day. Motor Vehicle Titles and keys will be available at the auction site only on the day of the auction. All balances due must be made no later than Wednesday, March 1st. Payments not made on auction day must be taken to the Fleet Services Administrative Office located at Government Center West Building, 1 University Drive, Suite 3100A, Plantation, Florida, 33324 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. & 3:00 P.M. Upon receipt of payment in full, Motor Vehicle Certificates of Title and keys will be released.

Removal of Purchases:
All items purchased must be removed no later than Thursday, March 2nd.
Broward County cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after the date of the auction. Please arrange to remove purchases as quickly as possible from the auction site.
